I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here with Dr. Ignacio Ranero was deeply disappointing. My first visit was an ER follow-up for heart palpitations. I was hooked up to an EKG briefly, and because nothing showed during those few seconds, I was told everything was fine and was prescribed Buspirone for anxiety. No additional investigation or follow-up was suggested. My first visit here and it was great. Dr. Was friendly and listened to my issues never rushed me. The staff greeted me by name and was very friendly. I never felt this comfortable at any other doctors office.
