Highly incompetent staff .constant and chronic lack of follow up phone calls.. lummy,(sp) in Plant City will tell you anything you want to hear when it comes to refiling prescriptions..it's like pulling teeth to have refills sent to my pharmacy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here with Dr. Ignacio Ranero was deeply disappointing. My first visit was an ER follow-up for heart palpitations. I was hooked up to an EKG briefly, and because nothing showed during those few seconds, I was told everything was fine and was prescribed Buspirone for anxiety. No additional investigation or follow-up was suggested.
