I had an excellent first visit with Dr Mendez. She is very pleasant, a good listener, and very professional. Office staff are kind and helpful.
A very good experience. Dr. Ponce is an excellent professional; she made me feel comfortable immediately. The staff was very attentive and respectful.
I tried giving this a second chance, but again was dismissed because there’s no medical test for fibromyalgia. It’s not her fault she’s ignorant. I just can’t return here. Thank you to the front office for being kind.
