I’m a healthy individual and rarely need medical attention, but the last two times I sought help from MaxHealth and Dr. Shanise Parma, I left feeling disappointed and unheard. The staff has consistently greeted me with dismissive behavior, and there seems to be a general lack of care, concern, and empathy throughout the office. Shame on me for waiting this long to write a review for MaxHealth! I’ll be honest — when I learned my primary doctor had been switched, I wasn’t too happy and reluctantly made an appointment. Fast forward an hour later, and I left elated that I showed up! Dr. Parma turned out to be one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my 68 years of medical visits.
