I had a terrible experience with Donna Losco. After waiting two months for an appointment—which was both necessary and highly anticipated—I was placed with an inexperienced intern, despite my serious health conditions. My concerns were not adequately addressed during the visit; in fact, some issues were completely ignored, which led to serious health complications. Love my doctor I have been seeing him for 6 yrs but when checking out at my last appt was told my next appt would be with a different doctor based on the resident that saw me before my doctor is assigned to a different doctor and I don’t have a choice. I should have a choice if I want to see another doctor and whatever doctor the resident is assigned to should not affect my comfortability and what doctor I see. I should not be following a resident that is NOT my doctor. Currently looking for another practice very upset!!!!!
Got a diagnosis over the phone with no idea or help on how to proceed. Then got no real help at the doctor's office either. Was seen by the intern, who did just fine, but did not see my regular doctor, saw his partner. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but medicine is now just a business. The patient is secondary to the cash flow.
Great doctors, staff. I was called back within minutes and seen quickly.
