Be careful making a new patient appointment. I moved to the area and needed a primary physician. Make an appointment several weeks in advance. Two days prior to my appointment they called and canceled saying they now had a closed panel and had no room for me. What was even more upsetting was that they texted me that the canceled appointment was my request.
