Horrible experience
It was my first appointment and it was scheduled for 2:30. I arrived around 2 o’clock and had a lot of paperwork to fill out. Access to doing paperwork online in advance would’ve been nice. I wasn’t called in until close to 3 o’clock and I didn’t see the doctor until almost 3:35 in the afternoon. We had a good long talk and he listened very well to everything I had to say. Love the experience, great staff, wonderful doctor
I scheduled an appointment for March 2nd - I received a text message that it had been cancelled per my request. I called to advise I never cancelled anything. The person attending me reached out to the doctors office, they advised them to tell me that they cancelled it due to an office meeting and could reschedule for March 3rd. I am now getting a call that it has been cancelled AGAIN. I call back to find out and it is because they are replanning their schedules so now they can see me in JUNE.
