Very unprofessional! Fired a loved one of mine who was pregnant and delivering in 2 weeks because she needed off her feet some due to the pregnancy. She messaged Ruthie politely about the situation and the next day was let go. I don't how someone could sleep at night doing this to a woman who is that pregnant and still showing up to work...
