I can't rate Max Health Primary Care as a whole but my experience with Palmetto location is so terrible, that I informed insurance carrier about it and I called my agent to let know not to refer anyone to those providers. I started out with them in January and today 05/01/2026, I attempted to take my mother to what I wanted to be the last time, but was unable to do because my mother was 7 minutes late. Beware using Maxhealth! I was forced to them when they bought out or took over the previous practice I went to and that doctor did not come with them. I saw Dr. Martinez last year who was wonderful - last week they called to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Martinez left. Today they called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because they no longer take "commercial" insurance and I have to go to the office at Manatee Memorial.
