The ladies at the front desk are very nice but the practice Only Allows For You to see there providers instead of someone I've been with for 30 years. There is No way I would give up my 30 year relationship with my Pain management for anyone. Dr Edward Chen is the Best Doctor in the world for pain management!!!!
My experience with all staff members at this location were very negative over a period of a week and a half. I unfortunately chose this location as my primary care physician, whom I still to this day have not met. They scheduled me to see the nurse practitioner instead. They sent me a text asking me to fill out all of my medical information online before arrival. I was very thorough and it took me over 30 minutes to do it. After having the same Doctors for many years, I tried this new PCP, Alessandra Cantone-Ferro. She not only had a Nesty, Arrogant Attitude, but she would not allow me to finish my sentences. Meaning she DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS, PERIOD! She is a VALUE BASED CONTRATCTED DOCTOR. Meaning she will take away as much as she is allowed to make the Corporation more money.
