Everyone was very nice, I have been coming to this practice for several years and am very happy to be a patient here. They have taken very good care of me!!
Been calling since 8 am Since max health has disabled their online portal for patients to message, or set appointments. "Front desk" or whoever refuses to connect me with actual medical staff. I'm an extremely high risk pregnant woman whos at risk for premature delivery AGAIN, who is being told her Dr, nurse, or medical assistant is unavailable. "Try again tomorrow." I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. For over a year, I’ve been trying to correct billing code errors that have cost me time and money. Despite repeated requests, no action was taken. On top of that, Lorita Hightower, was extremely rude — raising her voice, interrupting me, and giving me incorrect information more than once.
