I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. For over a year, I’ve been trying to correct billing code errors that have cost me time and money. Despite repeated requests, no action was taken. On top of that, Lorita Hightower, was extremely rude — raising her voice, interrupting me, and giving me incorrect information more than once.
