20+ year patient at this location. Won’t accept my insurance anymore. Sad day… I’ll have to start over somewhere else.
Doctor and staffs are amazing
We absolutely love the dr and staff...they are very accommodating...The only negative I can say is that it is very very difficult to get a hold of the office when you call in..the calls seem to go to a call center most of the time and they have someone call you back at some point.That can be frustrating when you have an Emergency.
I have been going here for 2 yrs. I have never met Dr Collins. I only see nurse practitioners. They give referrals to Dr's outside of the network. Then tell you to find your own. Then when you do and get an appt. They deny the approval for the appt. Such lack of effort. I will be finding a new primary asap. Rember people all you have to do is look at reviews. Brittney had the same problems to months ago with a response from Maxhealth saying thank you and we will be addressing that. We'll I call BS. I going through it right n... read more
