I like the staff but I was shocked to learn that they force you to agree to receive irrelevant services and unwanted robo marketing calls just to attend a virtual visit to get a simple prescription renewed. I was literally told I had to agree to everything or they wouldn't see me.
Dr. Taub and his staff are all wonderful—professional, caring, and attentive. I have had a great experience and would highly recommend him.
I’ve consistently found Sandra Giraldo to be an excellent listener and a truly compassionate provider. On this recent visit, I also want to recognize her staff, Edgar and Megan, who were outstanding. On two separate occasions, they helped me navigate a referral and a somewhat complex prescription with professionalism, clarity, and real follow-through.
