The doctor was very thorough.
Really Rude .. i was forced by florida blue to have this facility for my PCP so i made a call to get update on it and appointment but i had existing condition which needs to address first but they dnt care abt ur conditions for them all regulations. I understand u have to go through rules but hey you can explain in a kind way which i dnt found it here at all. Guess if i appointed them as my PCP for the whole year what i do .. thanks to you guys i left florida blue and enroll in the best plan where i dnt have to see facility ... read more
Good experience.
Overall, I would not recommend. My experiences here all add up to me feeling like I’m not valued as a person, just a billable account. After a year, I have chosen not to keep going back to this location or network. There’s a list of things that just don’t sit right with me. The doctor I saw was often very dismissive of my experiences and preferred to tell me it was because of anxiety rather than look into it further (simply because I had originally started going to this office to get a new prescription for anxiety meds.
