Doctor is first rate
The front desk staff is very rude & incompetent. After two awful experience with this facility, I am transferring care to another doctor’s office which is more professionally managed.
Awful experience. No phone etiquette or basic customer service skills. First impressions are everything, they clearly don’t care and didn’t even try. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
