Doctor did not call me to talk about sciatica pain or about my Gerd history prior to writing a review for The veterans administration . The results were all unfavorable . I visited the Max Health clinic in Hialeah and I loved the way they treated me, especially the Assistant Anamary, very attentive, very polite and professional in her work. There should really be people like her in all other clinics. Many thanks to her for everything, I will recommend this clinic to everyone.
I was a patient at Max Health under Dr. Saguna for a period of time and ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere due to ongoing concerns. Annual wellness visits were ineffective, as blood work was scheduled afterward, leaving no opportunity to review results during the appointment. I also found it unnecessarily difficult to obtain routine preventive screenings, such as a PSA test, despite clinical guidelines recommending them. At first, I was so very happy to have finally found a PCP who listens! Dr Munoz is a fabulous doctor. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the practice. His replacement seems okay though I'm not sure why she would have referred me to a 2nd rate specialist. I have been experiencing nothing but frustration with this office lately. I am writing this complaint to inform the public about how the general healthcare for the public has deteriorated to a very low level at Max Health in Seminole. First, let’s start back at Christmas time in 2023. I contracted a very severe upper respiratory infection. I called the office and informed them I needed to come in and see the doctor. They asked why I needed to come in. I told them I was sick. I was then informed they do not see patients in the office that are sick. HELLO??????ARE NOT DOCTORS SUPPOSE TO SEE SICK PEO... read more

Dr. Leiva's pursuit of the $ at the expense of his patients is more than unethical, it's abusive! My father, who is 80, has been seeing Dr. Leiva since February of this year. He has had his care at three different specialists delayed and/or cancelled because of Dr. Leiva refusing to approve these visits with my father's insurance company, including follow up appointments. He also has refused to request multiple visits to these specialists when I asked, because he says that before each visit, he wants to see my father first. ... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lecovic per about one year now. I was prescribed with Trazadone not because of depression but as a sleep aid; however, Trazadone is not the type of medication that can be used or discontinued as needed. I am a clinician myself and I know this first hand. On March 2021 during my follow up appointment he increased my dosage and since I was still using my prescription we told me that will send the authorization for the increase to my pharmacy.
