I found Dr Sheils over a year ago and have been using this practice since. All the doctors are phenomenal. I feel as if I am being personally cared for. Dr Sheils even told if I do not take my medication regularly, she will refuse to treat me. I promised her I would. This really showed me she cared. The fact they are open during weekends really helps. We have a business and we work long hours and I find it amazing this practice has this flexibility. I have recommended this practice to my friends.
Went to the clinic to have my 6 month old baby looked at as she was crying inconsolably and sick and I was told the Dr working today would not even look at my daughter since she was too young. I was told to see my paediatrician and when I explained we weren't from the area (on vacation) and asked where else I could take her the receptionist told me "I don't know". Disgusting! I have recommended this office many times to friends and family. Today I walked in just before closing with two new patients. Even during this unfavorable time of day, Dr. Dale and his staff were very friendly. Lissette assisted us with a positive and friendly attitude upon arriving. She took the time to assure my two girls had all the appropriate papers they needed. Thank you Dr. Dale and staff!
