Better communication with patients and especially to improve their patient portal so it serves patients.
Too long wait. At home in Pennsylvania, we only have a 15 I min. Wait. Waited over an hour and had an appt. But got good care.
Wonderful office! The front desk staff is always cheerful, Medical Assistants always pleasant and fun to talk to (they are the BEST at giving shots or taking blood, only people I trust in FL), and the doctors, Physician Assistant, and students are professional yet laid back and incredibly talented at what they do. They actually care about their patients and will spend as much time with you as needed to make sure you are taken care of. Love Dr Chen, a young man with talent and a great bedside manner! And ALL of the Doctors and staff there are some of the best I've seen! I'm from NY (upstate ) & unfortunately have been seen by many over the last 65 yrs, so believe me when I say, prime care of manatee is wonderful!
