Very good doctor however his staff is the laziest and have the worse attitude of any group of people I have dealt with.
He is knowledgeable and pleasant. Also attentive.
Best Dr ever! He takes the time to sit and really hear what we have to say. Most doctors rush you out of the room, but not him. When we leave his office we are well informed.
10/31/2018 Dr Marciales has a very strong foundation and knowledge in internal medicine. This allows him to approach every patient with understanding of the relations and links of conditions in medical patients that are related. He also uses all the tools in history taking and physical examination. This is very difficult for specialists who practice in conditions such as cardiovascular diseases. He also very much enjoys teaching. JA Bianco, MD
Terrible practice. Her nurse outright lied to me. Hung up the phone on me twice and then the practice office manager hung up on me. What kind of place has people who are allowed to hang up the phone on their clients? Outrageous behavior.
If you want a doctor that doesn't pay attention or care about your health care, then you've found the right one! This man does not care about his patients, if you disagree or question his reasoning about anything he will immediately begin to treat you poorly or drop you as a patient. Sorry if your job is hard some times, all jobs are, but you shouldn't treat patients the way you do.
Went in with high blood pressure, which he was “treating”, and a sore throat. Told him I was having difficulty breathing. Never checked my heart or lungs. Came back two days later at his request to check my blood pressure cuff with his. Mentioned I was still having chest pain and difficulty breathing. Asked why I was not checked last time I was there. He came waddling out of his office yelling “I have been listening to you yapping and you need to get out of my office.” Danger to patients!
I first encountered Dr Narassiman while a patient in Blake Hospital for kidney problems. I saw right away that she was a take charge kind of Dr. Being a snowbird, I wanted a Dr in Fl that would be a primary care. After a few visits, I was so impressed that my wife and two close friends from Holmes Beach have signed on with her with complete satisfaction. She is thorough, and shares information with my PA doctor. I am very pleased to have her as my doctor.
Totally agree with last review. She is quick to get exam over with if you can even call it that. Don't blink or you'll miss that she was even in the room. She always seems to have somewhere more pressing to be, even treating nurses in this manner. Her "treatment" or lack of has had near fatal consequences several times in the last few weeks. Looking elsewhere for a GP. Her nurse practitioner is the only reason we stayed as long as we did. I'm guessing the glowing reviews are really for her.
