TThe Dr. Patel that I had was great. He listened to my health care. Ce experience. The office staff was also very helpful. I'm sure I will be happy with this group.
The staff is very pleasant. I was in and out in a timely manner.
Dr Encarnacion is rude and spends as little time as possible with you, always in a rush. She dismisses any concerns as trivial. The front desk is also rude. I called for an appointment once and was literally told she did not have time to see me. I went to the Clearwater office and was given better care in 20 mins than I he’d received in Dunedin in two years. When I told her I was changing Drs she smiled and said to be sure a do that before the end of the year so she wouldn’t be my pcp in Jan.
