Dr Encarnacion is rude and spends as little time as possible with you, always in a rush. She dismisses any concerns as trivial. The front desk is also rude. I called for an appointment once and was literally told she did not have time to see me. I went to the Clearwater office and was given better care in 20 mins than I he’d received in Dunedin in two years. When I told her I was changing Drs she smiled and said to be sure a do that before the end of the year so she wouldn’t be my pcp in Jan.
Poor service. They draw blood and ther Admin is reckless and do not know what their doing. They let you get back because according to them..Quest forgot to perform the test and they wanna draw blood again to you and wasted your time going back to their clinic. Very unreliable. We will have a lawyer review the incident so they will know the impact of their due diligence. They are dealing with a 76 year old woman and don't wanna have those blood drawn. Dr. Encarnacion is awesome. Very personable and knowledgeable. Kameesha at the front desk is always helpful and professional and friendly with working out an appointment, paperwork, etc.
My entire family goes to max health in Dunedin and we love everyone there.
