Do NOT come here. People that work here with the exception of the receptionist, have a big attitude. Very rude. Today they blew out my vein. My entire arm is numb and tingly and bruised. The supervisor never called me back. The individuals there gave me more of an attitude and kept saying we have no idea what is going on… which made me freak out even more. I had to rush to my doctor to make sure everything was okay. Those ladies in the back should be FIRED immediately. I should sue them! I recorded some of the conversations.... read more
amazing all around
I arrived for my appt today and after waiting a while I was told I didn't have an appt. I left and went next door to MD office and they added me back to the schedule but couldn't say why it was removed. I went back over and the phlebotomist, Robin, took an attitude again when she saw me sitting there and asked me what was I doing here. I told her labwork and she said, I told you, and I told her that next door has out me back on the schedule. The lab is very efficient but it is impossible to find a phone number to make an appt!
I have been coming here for some time to get blood work done. First, the vampires (phlebotomists) here are excellent. I am afraid of needles and they always get me through. Front desk is great, and this is a very clean and well ordered lab.
