I strongly advise others to steer clear of this doctor’s office. I brought my 95-year-old grandmother in for a routine check-up and was met with shockingly unprofessional behavior from a front desk employee named Keezi. She was openly rude, dismissive, and even went as far as to spell out her name while taunting me to file a complaint—behavior that is entirely unacceptable in any healthcare setting, especially one that serves elderly patients. Front desk lady keezi was extremely rude. I will never be coming back here. I feel like the front desk is supposed to represent the first impression as a practice and I will say she is horrible.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this office operates. My initial appointment was on January 22nd, and my follow-up was scheduled for March 7th. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that the doctor was sick and that I needed to reschedule. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, the real issue was when I called to reschedule—the next available appointment was May 17th.
