The worst company to deal with - nobody communicates! They have an option to submit a ticket on their app that goes NOWHERE - no response, no one reaches out to solve the issue , nothing - when you email billing - zero response there as well! It’s nearly impossible to get answers and solutions for this company
Worst customer service EVER. The guy who called me back I tried to explain to him I want to cancel due to the limited ring doorbell data and I explained it’s possible because my friends have it with other cameras. The guy responded “I don’t care about your friends”. He kept cutting me off. Saying he doesn’t care and I can involve “my lawyer if I want to” (I never mentioned anything about lawyers). I don’t recommend this company at all. They trick you into a long term contract and when you want to cancel they want to charge for the length of the contract. Customer service manager is a very rude and disrespectful person. Please stay away form this company.
Awful service, had to pay for a service that I tried to cancel for over a year. Not sure what they monitor exactly so don’t get tricked through your builder like we did! Anyone you speak to at this company gives you the run around and accounting is super rude.
