Needed a gym while on a road trip. It was $15 for a day pass. Staff was very helpful. They've got lots of great equipment, especially for those into power lifting. They do have showers, but it's only one shower for females and one for males at the performance location. Just an FYI, if you happen to be passing through like I was and wanted not only a workout but a shower before hitting the road again.
This review covers there location at 3356 Ironbound Rd, that's open 24/7. Never crowded nor have I ever had to wait for a machine. Could use an abs machine with weights.
10/10 gym!! Everyone is dedicated to their own craft whether they’re a first time gym goer or a professional athlete, but still willing to offer a helping hand at a moments notice. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Came for my USPA powerlifting meet. Everyone was super nice. Very nice, clean gym. Would come back and visit.
