This review covers there location at 3356 Ironbound Rd, that's open 24/7. Never crowded nor have I ever had to wait for a machine. Could use an abs machine with weights.
10/10 gym!! Everyone is dedicated to their own craft whether they’re a first time gym goer or a professional athlete, but still willing to offer a helping hand at a moments notice. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Came for my USPA powerlifting meet. Everyone was super nice. Very nice, clean gym. Would come back and visit.

Amazing warehouse style powerlifting gym, Attentive and caring staff, and motivational environment. I’ve been coming here for a year & it’s the best gym I’ve found in the area. Will be a member for as long as I live here.
