Terrible. My GP referred me a few months ago, because I'd been dealing with numerous upper GI symptoms that are getting progressively worse. So I called this afternoon to get results of a test I had last week. And the nurse just tells me "The doctor doesn't call when test results are normal, and yours were normal." That was all I got. *I* had to call for my results (I don't care who calls, you let your patients know their test results), and now I guess he's just washed his hands of me. No next step.
