The team at MaXenergy Fitness are a blessing for Cairns. The classes they are running are amazing, the rate they are developing their classes is insane, things are moving so fast. Hands down the best gym for weight training of all levels. And a great place to learn to a multitude of fight sports. And of course self defence. I've trained at many gyms around Cairns, Trinity Beach and Kewarra and surrounding suburbs. I truly feel this gym has the best atmosphere. The facility's equipment is extensive and has everything I need training strength and body building.
