Great bed side manner and a warm a d caring reception.
My experience was extremely frustrating. I first left this review privately but did not receive any response or even a notification of receipt. The front desk, the person who got my blood pressure, etc., and the person who took my x-rays were great. I'm really angry at the extremely brief interaction with the NP who suggested I might have heart failure with no evidence, little explanation, and no suggestion about moving forward or what I should do about that, leaving moments later. I was seen quickly and they went out of their way to take care of my problem. I would definitely recommend them
I injured my finger when a glass bowl shattered in my hand and took a chunk of skin off. My finger wouldn’t stop bleeding. This urgent care was close to home so, we went there. The wait was longer than I thought it would be but the doctors were super nice and patient and gave my mom and I clear instructions on how to care for the wound. The doctor cleaned it and wrapped it, and gave us the rest of the bandage roll she used along with some gauze and this thing to help close the wound. She was super sweet.
