I arrived at 9:20am on a Friday and they were closed! No note or anything on their website.

Tried to take my daughter. They close at 6. We arrive at 5:20. There is no one at the window. We waited and someone finally walked up at 5:29 from the back. She ask what I need and says they close at 5:30. I told her their website said 6. She said they do close at 6 but stop seeing people at 530 so they can leave at 6. I told her it was 5:29 and we had been waiting. She asked if we had been here before and I said no. She then says “see that’s what takes so long”…. So we left. Won’t be going back. Very friendly environment from start of my visit until finish. Dr. Graves was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail how to treat my symptoms and how the meds work for me. I will recommend Maxem Health Urgent Care to family and friends.
