Went there and the woman doctor made me seem like I was basically crazy and everytime I went in she never said the root cause of my symptoms and said nothing was wrong. Had to go to another urgent care and he helped me magnificently. Never coming here again.
I’m disappointed with the misleading business hours at maxem health urgent care. They advertise being open until 8:00 PM, but if you arrive at 7:30, they refuse to see you. If there’s a cutoff time for accepting patients, it should be clearly stated so people don’t waste their time showing up only to be turned away. This lack of transparency and consideration is frustrating, especially when dealing with medical needs. I was on vacation when I fell ill. The staff was friendly and quick im the front. The back office staff was even quicker and got me fixed quickly. Thank you.
If there’s a negative number/star, I’ll give that! The Dr. (Nguyen??) was RUDE!!! We’re NOT going back to this clinic because of her!!!
Staff was moody and did not work with a sense of urgency.
