The front desk receptionist , Maniah, was very professional, and had excellent communication skills with myself and other customers that I witnessed while awaiting my call to the back room . Also , she performed excellent multitasking skills by answering phone calls while satisfying patients needs out front . She is a phenomenal asset to the Maxem Health Urgent Care Office.I recommend this facility to make sure you are well taken care of from the primary care physician to the receptionist!

I would have given them less than 1 star if i could. The front staff was very nice and polite but, the doctor was rude and unprofessional. I informed her early in the conversation that I had bone on bone knees and prior to leaving she grabbed each knee individually and squeezed, the first knee caught me off guard and I almost fell to my knees in pain. I reached out and grabbed her hand and forcefully moved her away from me., only to have her come at my other knee. She said yes you do have bone on bone. And then looked to see... read more
