When you go here, I hope you have prior knowledge of what you might have because you have to request test (covid, flu, strep) up front before you even go back and see a doctor/nurse. And when you ask for an excuse for school/work make sure you check it before you leave so they actually change the dates to the correct ones.
Petal urgent care have some unprofessional workers and they are very slow. Have me waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours.
Minimal wait time late on a Sunday. Front desk receptionist was friendly and worked quickly to get me in even though they close in an hour and a half. Doctor I saw was very friendly and helpful. Gave meds and was very efficient. So happy they are in the community.
10/30/2024 1:36pm Couple concerns. 1. When we called the “receptionist” she put us on hold for 10mins and then proceed to forget about the entire call. 2. Her excuse was that there was a lot of patients. But when we arrived there were literally only two people. 3. My wife went in to the clinic and not only did the receptionist not address her.
