Went in tonight at 7:45 bc i accidentally slammed my son’s finger in the car door. Asked me if we had been there before and I said yes asked me to fill out the form told me I had a 10 dollar balance which I said I would pay. was asking name birthday insurance and told me she could not find our insurance when we have been to multiple maxem locations and that she had all ready shut her computer down.
