Usage Instructions State: " Squueeze 3 - 4 DROPS of MAXELL REPAIR SOLUTION onto CD BACK then DRAG (PASTE) SOLUTION across back of CD over scratches. HA! These instructions & inside (2) products are FALSE & ridiculous!! Sizes of (2) small REPAIR PASTE packets are 100% scam. There is not enough Repair Paste SOLUTION to clean more than (10) CDs. Heaven help you if you need to contact Customer Support. Had multiple issues with a pair of Bluetooth earbuds and submitted a help ticket, as the local retailer I purchased it from was not willing to help & told me to contact the manufacturer. I have yet to receive any response from them...and it's been nearly two months. If you're considering purchasing their products, I'd either encourage you to 1) find an alternative, 2) purchase it from a retailer with a friendly return policy, or 3) thoroughly search for third-party rev... read more

Poorest Customer Service Ever Award goes to MAXELL I have never posted a totally negative review about a company until today, and I will post it everywhere I can. I returned a soundbar for warranty service that was received by the Maxell warranty department on May 4, 2017. The Soundbar was 2 years old and had a lifetime warranty.
