Service provided: The tech replaced the control panel on my AC. I highly recommend this company. The techs and office personnel are very dependable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The tech answered all my questions and explained in detail everything that was going on with my AC. The office personnel called me to inform when the tech was on his way to my location, and also did a follow-up call to make sure I had no more issues with my AC.
Their techs arrived within the specified time window and did a good job with the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new Trane furnace. They completed the entire process within about 4 hours. Pricing was competitive and as agreed. I would use them again.
These guys did a great job. I called them at 8:00am and had a new system installed & running that evening. We had to work through multiple issues but they found a way to get it done and even went as far as to install a temporary compressor. Job well done & I truly appreciate it.
