Dodgy! I bought a Maxcon off the plan apartment and it's been the biggest mistake of my life! The dodgy workmanship, corner cutting and warranty process is truly disgusting and it's a wonder they don't get pulled up for all their building code violations. Nearly 10 years in and multiple owners are still chasing up for water leak issues and the more we look the more ceiling space holes we find in the apartment fire walls. Maxcon is known for their poor workmanship and using low quality material. Moved in the (then) newly built panorama box hill, within 4months, things started breaking apart. It was still within warranty period but they refused to fix it, claiming that I have been rough when using the fixtures and fittings. I have never had this issue with other apartment that I have stayed before ever.
Experienced wonderful job on custom home building. Always willing to answer my questions even after the work was completed. Would use Max construction for any home improvement.
We hired Max construction for railing services. They used high-quality materials to make the sturdy rails to make them look great. Couldn't be more pleased with his service!
Max Construction created a stunning patio that really changed our area. The crew worked diligently to complete the task and arrived on schedule each day. The capacity they had to swiftly resolve unforeseen issues without raising our expenses was what most impressed us. Our house is so much more valuable now because of their efforts.
