Have chased Maxcon for about 2 years to fix water entry to 10th story apartment in every room, they just ignored me, until I got Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. It was a 6 month fight to eventually get Maxcon to agree to fix the problem. They pulled the plaster of nearly every wall in the apartment to fix the water entry, and it took them about 7 months. Extremely disappointing experience dealing with MAXCON regarding defects in my apartment at Melbourne Village. Issues that were present have been repeatedly reported since October 2025, yet after months of follow-ups, energy wastage to keep up with climate comfort, delays and wasted time, the company still attempted to dismiss the matter instead of properly investigating it.
