I had a great experience at this clinic. The environment is very nice - clean, bright and welcome.The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly.They even helped arrange an ultrasound for me on the same day. A big plus is that they didn't charge for children or elderly patients,so one visit addressed the whole family's needs.The appointment system works well too - we were seen right on time without a long wait.Highly recommended

An important read for anyone using this practice: Doctor significantly misdiagnosed a 6 year old and did not escalate for scan or other investigation - telling us a bump above her eyebrow was likely a "blood clot" that her body would absorb over time. Told us to "wait and see" and to only come back if it "got worse" despite the fact the lump was strange and wasn't regressing.
