I received an iron infusion at Eastwood Family Doctors by Dr Matthew Wei Hai Cai. I was not informed by Dr Cai of any risks involved with the procedure prior to commencing the infusion, such as the possibility of staining, nor I was requested to sign a consent form in acknowledgement of the risks. Dr Matthew Cai escorted me to the surgery room and commenced the intravenous iron infusion in my right arm.
