I had a wool rug cleaned, and they did a marvelous job!! Highly recommend!

Hired them to clean some stains out of our wool carpet, couch cushions and area rug. The cushions turned out fine but they brought back the rug wet and when we rolled it out the next day, because we didn’t know it was damp, it smelled strong of mildew. The wool carpet was ruined. The stains are now much bigger and bleached. They used a turning cleaner that looked like floor polisher and made mats and rubs in our carpet.
