On time, kind and did a thorough job cleaning my staircase carpet!
They were extremely professional and friendly and thorough, with lots of wisdom to share about textile care. I advise that you know the origin and details of your rugs so you know whether they can be cleaned on site, as it costs significantly more for them to take it back to the shop. They did a great job, and one of my rugs definitely needed that extra care, but another probably could’ve been cleaned on-site and saved me a couple hundred dollars.
