RecommendedKevin Tinsley came out today we had 2 bedrooms, loft and stairs done fabulous job. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. We just had our carpet -sofa and loveseat cleaned they were very professional and did a fabulous job the one gentleman said he has been with Maxcare for 23 years. We Would use them again .
We had Maxcare out to clean our carpet last night. once the carpets dried they still looked horrible we only needed 2 rooms done and he was here for 25 minutes tops he came in sprayed something on the floor and immediately started cleaning them. I borrowed a carpet cleaner from my mother and recleaned them today and I'm very disappointed with the amount of dirt I pulled outta my carpets. this is supposed to be a professional carpet cleaning company and a Bissell did a better job.
I called to get service. I was gonna give $100 tip. Yet got called ahead, insulted, disrespected. Me and jimmy the owner have something in common, I’m no hater. Old dude needs to get fired. I’m absolutely livid. No excuses for that.

First time using this company. The lady that I spoke with at the office was extremely nice and efficient. I was able to get a same day appointment which was awesome! Terry came today and cleaned my carpets and one of my area rugs. I thought the pricing was very good, and the service was excellent!
