Had repairs completed but they were done to a sub standard, sent an email but no response, the manager didnt seem to care when speaking to him on the phone and just blamed it on an old car and hard to work on. I had to point out multiple issues that were not rectified or not completed when picking it up then had to leave it with them so they could have another go at fixing it.. in the end it Went to another smash repair company that fixed the work they completed.
Took my vehicle in for an estimate for my insurance company. I checked in with the front desk and they looked at my vehicle. BUT THEY NEVER MESSAGED MY INSURANCE! So now I have to take it in to ANOTHER shop. If they can't even do their estimates properly, I highly doubt they would have the care to repair a vehicle properly. I now truly believe all the negative reviews. Go to a more responsible place if you can.
