Took my vehicle in for an estimate for my insurance company. I checked in with the front desk and they looked at my vehicle. BUT THEY NEVER MESSAGED MY INSURANCE! So now I have to take it in to ANOTHER shop. If they can't even do their estimates properly, I highly doubt they would have the care to repair a vehicle properly. I now truly believe all the negative reviews. Go to a more responsible place if you can.
Had our car repaired after someone else crashed into us and the team at Maxbutts made it a breezy experience, especially Jye who kept us updated every step of the way.
Worst experience ever. Had to take my car back multiple times. They didn’t complete work and actually made my car worse. Weak manager who thinks sorry makes it all better. Maybe sorry works the 1st time…but not the 4th. Would not recommend the headache of dealing with this place. Would choose 0 stars if that was an option.
