Helpful staff and fast shipping. Ordered replacement Plate packs for several of our units. Now they are running like new again. They even included a new intake filter which is nice because my units have been working hard for quite a while and they definitely needed it.
Greg was very helpful and informative! They weren't sure if they would get rid of all the smoke smell from a home I bought. Had nasty cigarette smoke from over 20 years of multiple smokers. After wiping down the walls, I ran these and holy crap! After one session the smell was reduced so much I couldn't believe it. A second time and the smell was non existent! I had purchased a used truck that the previous owner had smoked in for several years. I decided to have a local Professional Detailer clean it up. It cost me $450.00 to have them clean it. I spilled and broke a liter and a half of Baileys Irish Cream and despite the fact that I immediately had it detailed, but the curdled smell lingered and it was unbearable. I got the MaxBlaster and was afraid to use it.
