I used this company to order aluminum awning parts. The parts were difficult to find but this company had them all. The price for the parts was very reasonable and shipped to me on the same day. In fact Lucy from this company offered to meet me in Lake Placid and hand deliver the parts to save the shipping cost. Now that's what I'd call awesome customer service.
