This company caused an attic fire last yesterday on a call for our furnace not working . Technician did not know what he was doing. We had to file a claim with our insurance to get recovery done. Smoke damage the entire home and was not able to stay in it long due to smoke still in home. Damage was a long process for clean up and owner did not believe. Honest review. Don’t use these people. They are rude and disrespectful.
This has no reflection on the technician everything to do with the owner and office worker. If you are going to charge your customer 3% for using their debt/credit card you should let them know ahead of time. I spoke with front office the morning of and she could have said we charge you 3% if you use a card, I could have went to the bank. I feel over charged all the way around be careful and ask questions.
