Dilan is a terrific masseur for deep tissue and remedial massage and also does great personal training/exercise programs. I’m wrapt!!
Dilan at Max Therapy on Chapel Street has helped me with PT physical performance and injury prevention for a couple of years now... his tailored sessions and at home sessions have helped fix niggling running injuries and desk working neck and shoulder pain. Highly recommended for both PT and remedial massage services.
I’ve been training with Dilan for nearly two years and couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s intuitive, intelligent and incredibly well organised, with a great ability to adapt sessions to suit how you’re feeling on the day while still pushing you forward. The results I’ve achieved working with Dilan have been outstanding and have given me the confidence and freedom to do any activity I’d like to. 10/10.
