I had spoke with Carol in CS to obtain a storage unit in Asheville, NC. To my surprise she gave me one in Utah. I have been trying to get my initial payment back and I have had the run around for a month. Everyone gives me the same answer that they have to get with their supervisor and will call me back. I had read good reviews but my experience has been horrible. I never signed up for Utah and still have been reimbursed for the initial payment made to my credit card. If I get my money, I will let you know.
Clean facility. Affordable. Month to month. Easy access to our unit. Staff was pleasant to work with.
I had an amazing experience! They are priced very well and their facility was always clean and I knew my things were in great hands! If we didn’t just move to another state, we definitely would’ve stayed a client for a long time!
