Rich was extremely helpful when I went to MaxStorage. He explained how purchasing a bigger unit would be cheaper than having two storage units. I had my stuff in a storage unit in Somers and wanted it closer to my home town. Rich also referred me to someone to help me move my stuff out of Somers and bring to MaxStorage. I rented here for about a alittle more than a year. Owner rich was real understanding and always seen keeping the lot clean. Secure safe location. I recommend about 4 people while being here I would definitely return if i needed a storage space again.
Rich is amazing!! We’ve used Max Storage twice (December 2024 and December 2025) to store my daughter’s vehicle over winter break. Both times, Rich went above and beyond to help our daughter out. The facility is new, well maintained, and secure. Highly recommend!! Cannot thank you enough Rich!!
