The only thing every time they clean & refurbished they misc polish one side and brush other side of my ring. Counter person noticed this time. Repair so far good.
Extremely disappointed with whomever I talked to on the phone today. I’ve had good experiences in the past, but today I called and asked if they could test a couple of trophies I have, and if they used acid or if they had one of the XRF machines. I said that they are from the 60s and some were made of silver and wondered if they would test them for me since my at home test was inconclusive. Quick polite service. I was looking for someplace to have a watch band sized to fit. I had received it as a Christmas gift. I could not get Zales to touch it, as it was a brand they didn't carry. Going forward, Max Richardson Jewelers will be my first stop for any watch or jewelry purchases!
They do a great job fixing jewelry.
This is a jeweler that will go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend them. They are amazing people. Heather drove all the way out to my home in Seymour to make sure I had a birthday gift I had ordered for my daughter. Thank you Max Jewelers thank you Heather.
