She has an exceptional ability to pinpoint the source of pain and explain clearly what’s causing it, along with the best treatment plan. I recently started physical therapy at Max Rehabilitation because I was feeling a lot of stiffness and tension in my shoulders, along with pain in my lower back. I've only done three sessions so far, and I'm honestly extremely impressed! | feel so much better, lighter, more relaxed, and with less pain. I also want to thank Dr. Renee and her amazing, friendly team for everything they do. They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk in.
I Had a very bad experience at this location. BEWERE, expect a long wait with no reasons EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED ALL OF THE NEEDED DOCS BEFOREHAND. The front disk employee is very disorganized, rude and lied right to my face. She had me waiting for over an hour to get authorization, even though I had dropped my paperwork and copy of my insurance 2 days prior to my visit.I also called and set an appointment after I drpoped my doctor referral, ID insuarance card. This place is really clean and the doctor is very sweet, understanding, does her very best to provide patient’s needs. The assistants are also very caring. Karima the front desk receptionist is also very kind and understanding.
