The ring I bought was beautiful but the costumer service was a little lack luster.

Thank you! I have a watch that needed a new battery. I tried several times to get the watch open with no luck. Found out from Missy the owner they change watch batteries and told me to bring it in. Those ladies have the magic touch. They had the battery changed and set to the right time in a few minutes. Thank you again!
