The workers that came out were very friendly and accommodating. When I noticed a pendant light was not fitted as I'd envisioned, I reached out and they came back to fix it the next day without a fuss. Great customer service and communication. I would definitely use Max Power Electical again.

We have had an excellent experience with the recent upgrade of our rooftop PV power system and the installation of a Sigenergy battery system undertaken by Max Power Electrical. From start to finish, Max Power consistently exceeded our requirements and expectations. I used Max Power to replace my old gas cooktop with a new induction one. They were a pleasure to work with and took all the steps to ensure a successful installation. When my new cooktop was lost by AusPost, they were accommodating and rescheduled me to a later date without a fuss. I was also contemplating the installation of a home battery system and their CEO took the time to walk me through my various options. I really appreciated the excellent customer service they provided.
