Max Pools and Spas has been very professional and timely. The whole team has been great. They are very good at communicating and working with people. They are also in such a great location! I can't recommend this company enough.
Austin and Junior were terrific! Junior responded immediately when we thought we had a problem and came by to fix it right away. Austin is super responsive via email and the online billing makes everything easy. So happy we have a pool service company in Williamsburg now! Highly recommend.
Called on FRI 10JAN in the afternoon to speak with sales about putting an in-ground spa and patio on our lot. Had to call 3 times throughout the day just to get a hold of someone. The gentleman that answered said no one from sales was available. He took down my name and contact info and assured us that someone from sales would be in contact with me on MON, or earlier the following week. We were looking for a new pool service provider for our inground pool. We wanted to give Max Pools and Spas a shot with replacing our old pool cover. They were very responsive actually coming the same day I called for a consult. We worked out what we wanted and made the order. The cover was a great fit and the Max team helped us work through those last minute challenges that always seem to occur with our older pool. (Junior was great!)
