In response to jenny.ritchie.98, she was given a refund to compensate for the additional cost of rotors and to bring the price back down to where it would have been without them. We hope Ms. Ritchie feels like this helped bring trust back to our dealership.
The folks at Max Platt are very friendly. Their service on the other hand is not. I took my truck in to get new break pads, came out with new roders as well AND I was not notified until I paid for my $664 bill that roders were installed. All I can say is thank God I love my truck or else I would have made this a big deal.
