I’ve done business with max pies for over 30 years and dealt with the owner Phil who always took care of any issues I’ve had in the past and always made sure things were right. I bought 2 recliners not yet two years old now and have been having issues with the fabric for over a year now. The fabric started serious pilling and was told I needed to shave them which meant about every other week.
