Came in a bit late today but the staffs were super helpful and friendly! Amazing experience and definitely will come back again next time
Pretty disappointing experience. Came in at 345 knowing the store closed at 4 but asked if there was still time for a skate sharpen. I was told yes come back in 20 minutes. Came back at 405 and the door was locked. No one answered the phone or the door. Understand I was close to closing time when I came in but don’t take my skates then and tell me they’ll be ready for me. Missing a game because of this
I ordered some Warrior slide plates for my goaltending pads, it was over 10 days without an update from the shipping company. I reached out to the guys at Max Performance sports and they immediately express shipped a new set to my door extremely quickly. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Great work.
