I am not one to leave reviews but I just had to say I have not once experienced such amazing customer service from any sports company like this. There was an error on their website with stock. I ordered a 2-1 jock and garter belt for my dad for Christmas and unfortunately it was an error that it was put back on their website but Gabe pulled through and did not stop until he found exactly what I was looking for. Super efficient, helpful and knowledgeable! Fixed my hockey helmet and helped me with bunch of other stuff.
I went in today and asked the young man at the counter on if they stretched skates. Which they do. He was very informative and did not even try to sell me anything. Genuine quality customer service. I should have bought from them in the first place. They got my business from here on. Much better service than any of the other box stores.
The guys are great. I know I can always count on them in a crunch. Son broke his blade and blade holder trigger and had a game the next night. Dropped off the skates in the morning at 10am and had them by 2pm. Good to go! Thanks guys!
