Genuinely horrible, unprofessional experience. I have now had my time and money wasted by them twice. 4 uber rides. They're extremely disorganized, one person quotes one thing, another quotes something entirely different. They don't understand the differences between luxury bags, and how to sell them for more. Extremely dirty, chaotic inside, the person who was helping on Sunday evening was dismissive, rude, and I would never bring any of my higher priced items here again.
