For a company receiving government funding as a "Disability Employment Service", multiple staff members here have displayed a complete lack of understanding or training about chronic pain, chronic illness, dynamic disability, and the pacing that folks affected by these use to look after ourselves. Billy is who I see here and he has been nothing short of fantastic he has approached his role with a tempered pace and is more than able to make you feel at home and well within your abitions and choices. He is also a very warm and giving person and I thank him for his time.
