I absolutely adore the staff here. The owner, Brian, is a local hero, a fire fighter who goes out of his way to help and keep prices low. I could prob find my supps a little cheaper online but the experience I have going in and chatting with the staff is worth a few extra bucks...and I get it right away. They are so knowledgeable and friendly and unlike some other sports nutrition stores, they ACTUALLY LIVE THE LIFESTYLE and have personally used the products they recommend.
